Rewards
1. As a member of our vol(t)age Loyalty Club (the “Club”), you earn points, in situations listed here-under, that determine your tier level and associated tier benefits. Points may never be redeemed for cash. You must have created a personal account on the vol(t)age website (the “Site”) and be logged in to your account to use your benefits.
2. Tiers structure and benefits (the “Club Program”):
2.1 Tiers
Bronze Tier: first level of membership. By being a Bronze Tier member, you earn 1 loyalty point per 15 Euro spent.
Platinum Tier: premium level of membership. By being a Platinum Tier member, you earn 1 loyalty point per 10 Euro spent. (the “Loyalty Points”)
2.2 Redeeming your Loyalty Points: You will be able to redeem every Loyalty Point you earn for money off a purchase exclusively on the Site or in the vol(t)age atelier-boutique. 1 Loyalty Point is equivalent to 1 Euro in equivalent cash back on the total price of your order. To do so, you need to log into your account when you shop on the Site, copy your loyalty card code provided under the Section “My Loyalty Points” in the Section “My Account” and paste it in the box “Discount code or Gift Card” in the online checkout.
2.3. Expiration: Loyalty Points remain valid for 6 months from the purchase date and are redeemed in the order they were earned. Your points balance is automatically adjusted, and your club tier, based on spending, remains unchanged. We will provide you with regular updates on your Loyalty Points balance.
2.4. Neither accounts nor Loyalty Points may be transferred, shared or combined by members. Only the member paying for the products and/or services may accumulate Loyalty Points. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) is confidential and should not be shared by you with any other person.
2.5. Loyalty Points earned through the Club Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. Loyalty Points and tier status credited to your Club account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates the terms of this Club Program as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards benefits, or points offered through the Club Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
2.6 We are not responsible for Loyalty Points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
3. Cancellation-Modification: We may in our sole and absolute discretion cancel or modify any aspect of the Club Program, as described below, without any notice. In such a case, the last version of the Club Program will immediately apply to you. In any case, these changes will not affect the Club Program benefits acquired until the revision of the Club Program. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including the Terms and Conditions applicable to the sale of our products or services.
